    After filling out our Appointment Request Form, we will place you in the queue for an appointment with the information we receive and we will contact you as soon as possible. In case something goes wrong, we will definitely get back to you and inform you. If you have not received a response from the Appointment Request Form you have sent, you can request an appointment again or contact us.

    What Should I Pay Attention to When Making an Appointment?

    You must pay attention to the accuracy of the information such as telephone number, e-mail address, and name and surname that you enter when filling out the Appointment Request Form. If We Cannot Contact You Due to Incorrect Information Entered in the Appointment Request Form, Your Appointment Will Be Automatically Canceled.

    How Should I Choose an Appointment Time?

    There is no time option in the appointment request form, so we will contact you with the contact information you shared before the date you have chosen and discuss your appointment time and details.
